Got a question? Read the manual first!

Please read the User Guide first. It should answer most of the questions you may have about how the site works.

After that, you should also browse through the FAQ to make sure it doesn't already answer your question.

When even that doesn't answer your question, check the Feature Requests & Commentary forum to see if your question wasn't already asked by someone else. If this question is genuine, then you may create a new topic and we will do our best to give a straight clean answer. Keep in mind that we do keep some secrets but they shouldn't affect your ability to use our site. Do not ask for passwords, contact information, or anything illegal on the forums. Thank you.

How to report...

  • False or questionable scores

If you think a user is submitting false scores into public rankings, you may start a topic in the Score Challenges forum to open an investigation. When posting, make sure to put only the user's name in the title (example: "Radio"). Your post should contain a brief summary of the scores in question and as much background information as possible if you know the user.

  • Bugs or problems on the site

First and foremost, check the Bug Reports forum. Make sure the bug you've found isn't already reported. If this is a newly discovered bug, there are two ways to report your bug. The best way to do it is to report it as soon as you see it by clicking the Bug Report link at the bottom of every page. This will automatically fill in critical information such as the URL that this bug occurred along other information necessary to identify the issue.

When posting, you should answer the following questions:

    • What did you do?
    • What happened?
    • What did you expect to happen?
    • Can you make this happen again? If so, how do you do it?

If you can't post on the forum, then we may be reached via E-mail. Please follow the same guidelines for posting in the forum when writing to us. Failure to follow those guidelines means that we can't do anything about the problem. It's important that we have as much information as possible. While most of us are pretty good at tracking down even the vaguest issue, it saves us all a lot of time and stress when basic information is there. As such, forum posts that don't answer the aforelisted questions will be locked and/or deleted to make room for more answerable issues.

  • Security Exploits

If you discover or confirm a possible vulnerability in the site, it is important that you DO NOT post it on the forums. Instead, E-mail us directly.
